These ears were made using a life cast of my own ear as a reference for sculpting in 3x scale.
The sculpt was then coated with silicone and a fibreglass jacket was made.
I then cast two ears first slush casting some fast cast for the high points and then filling up the remaining space with two-part hard expanding foam.
One was painted to look like marble, while the other was painted to look like some kind of aged metal, as a precursor to the lion head.
